Mother’s blessings are ceremonies that honor and celebrate the mother-to-be and her transition into motherhood. While we spend so much energy physically preparing for childbirth, a Mother’s blessing is a way for pregnant women to be held and supported by their closest friends and community to prepare mentally for childbirth and motherhood.
As every woman is different, so are her needs and preferences, and I can help create and tailor the right ceremony for you. Some offerings include creating birth necklaces, salt bowl ceremonies, candles, joint bouquets, creating a birth altar, red string bracelets, birth affirmations, meditations, sharing, singing, dancing, and sharing a meal.
